The Kaizers Orchestra EP, also known as the Gul (English: Yellow) EP, was the first EP ever recorded by the Norwegian alternative rock band Kaizers Orchestra. It consisted of four tracks, including "Bastard", the song that gave birth to Kaizers Orchestra. Only a 1000 copies were made, and today, it remains rare and may be sold at a high price. The EP was released as a promotion for Kaizers Orchestra at By:Larm in 2000. "Bøn fra helvete" and "Dekk bord" were later re-recorded for the band's first album, Ompa til du dør. The track "Katastrofen" was re-recorded for the band's second EP, Død manns tango.
Music and lyrics by Janove Ottesen except "Dekk Bord"" by Ottesen / Geir Zahl. All lyrics are in the Norwegian language.
